Baked Bean Melt

Ingredients

  • 2 slices wholemeal bread
  • 1 can (125g) reduced salt baked beans
  • 20g reduced fat grated mozzarella cheese

Method

  1. Preheat oven to 180°C.
  2. In a toaster, lightly toast the bread until it starts to colour.
  3. Spread baked beans onto toast and top with mozzarella cheese.
  4. Bake for 2 minutes or until the cheese is bubbling and lightly browned.
