Makes 1 melt
- 2 slices wholemeal bread
- 1 can (125g) reduced salt baked beans
- 20g reduced fat grated mozzarella cheese
- Preheat oven to 180°C.
- In a toaster, lightly toast the bread until it starts to colour.
- Spread baked beans onto toast and top with mozzarella cheese.
- Bake for 2 minutes or until the cheese is bubbling and lightly browned.
